I understand how it feels to be out of balance. And I also know that starting a “diet/lifestyle plan” or specific script can feel overwhelming and depriving - and it may not be right for you. For years I struggled with this. There were times when I looked pregnant after eating a bowl of cereal. I went to doctor after doctor and underwent test after test. It wasn’t until I met with a naturopath who offered me a new perspective and approach to my unique body and food habits that I was able to make a real change.
I’ve also struggled with the bigger life choices ~ feeling stuck, confused, unhappy, stressed out and anxious. Through the assistance of helpers and healers I was able to connect all the aspects of my life and find the right balance in everything, informing important choices I finally made! (Leaving my “career”, using plants and food as medicine, relocating my life, etc.)

Coming from the social work profession I am keenly aware of all of the elements that have a direct impact on our physical body, as well as mental, emotional and spiritual.

Together we co-create goals focusing on feeling nourished while adding in the good stuff you need and desire. I help you in discovering your own unique answers and strategies. And we keep it simple. I provide an open ear and mind with specific tools and ideas tailored to you.
I know how changing life long patterns and habits can seem impossible, but I promise it’s not. It just takes curiosity, desire and a willingness to experiment, love yourself, and commit to being happy, healthy and balanced. Not a quick fix, but a relaxed, insightful, fun and meaningful approach.
